The coffee half of the shelf
Mehmet Efendi is what we keep for the cezve. Beside it, Kahve Dunyasi ground Turkish coffee and the damla sakizli version with mastic, then Moda classic and Zeugma menengic pistachio coffee. We also carry Zaza, which is straight arabica rather than a Turkish grind. For instant there is Nescafe Gold, Jacobs Kronung, Cafe Crown kopuklu sutlu latte and Kahve Dunyasi three in one.
Salep, glasses, and what goes next to them
Past the black tea, Dogadan does linden, sage, rosehip and cinnamon clove, Beta does linden and chamomile, the chamomile in the glass cup box, and Ahmad adds green, cardamom, rosehip hibiscus cherry and a Sleep camomile. Ugurlu Ugurluzade is the salep, which comes out when it gets cold.
The glassware is a short list: Pasabahce Elysia and Timeless, a set of six, a dishwasher safe set, and a tel suzgec, the kettle strainer. For the plate beside the glass we carry Ulker double roasted tea biscuits and par baked street simit, and if the tea is for guests our baklava and Turkish sweets guide covers the rest.
